In fact, employers with 2-50 employees are guaranteed health coverage regardless of the past health condition of their employees, or their employees' dependents (AB 1672). We offer advice on multiple plans, contribution strategies for employers and help with compliance issues. We assist our clients with Open Enrollment Meetings and materials and can tailor those meetings to our clients needs and schedules.

Choosing a health plan is a complex blend of the employer's budget, whom the employers competes with for employees, the employees needs and overall compensation. Any broker can get rates, but we take the time to help the employer make the right decision.
