Purves & Associates is a family owned insurance agency founded by George Purves in 1972. Our goal is to provide our customers with the right coverage at a competitive price. We pride ourselves in our ability to educate our customers about business and personal risk and then provide them with superior coverage and service. Disaster and tragedy are uncertain, but making sure you have adequate insurance coverage is not. Our commitment is to our customers and making sure we are here when we are needed most.
What is an 'Independent Agent'
An Independent Insurance Agency, or Broker, is “independent” in several ways: We are locally owned, so we're not owned or employed by an insurance company. We represent several insurance carriers who compete for your business. If your rates go up with one of our carriers we can compare rates with our other carriers. Our first loyalty is to our policyholders.
